Quality Policy

The Quality policy of Tororo Cement Limited (TCL), is to manufacture and market building materials namely cement, construction steel, wire products and iron sheets.

Our policy is to continuously satisfy the customers through consistent quality products with effective quality management system, in time delivery and effective after sales services. We also ensure that personnel and all the stakeholders in the organization are committed to the quality management system aims with ongoing training and education.

Our aim is to produce and market consistent quality products with cost effectiveness and to build customers confidence by identifying and meeting their requirements so as to increase the market share. We continuously monitor quality performance and innovate improvements, to address the needs of employees, shareholders and the community at large and to serve customers of the domestic and export market.
