The TCL Anti Bribery and Corruption policy is designed to comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirement of -Corruption Act, 2009
PURPOSE OF THE POLICY
The Policy reflects TCL’s minimum requirement in respect of Anti- bribery and corruption controls and may be supported in a local jurisdiction/business line policy, procedure or related governance document, where more stringent legislative or regulatory requirement are in evidence.
